As the Battalion Operations Officer, my job is to plan, prepare, and conduct events such as field trips, competitions, and fun days. I keep the Battalion informed of all the upcoming events. I write MOIs and ensure the entirety of Staff is aware of the plan and their roles in it. After events, I conduct AARs to identify strong areas and places in need of improvement. 

You should talk to me if you have any questions about an event or the calendar. I am more than happy to discuss details and information about when you should arrive, what time your parents should pick you up, or any other details you may need. If you see that we need to improve anything during or after an event, please feel free to come up to me and provide feedback or criticism. If you notice a mistake on the calendar, please let me know so I can fix it immediately. If you know of an upcoming event that is not on the calendar, please let me know so I can add it on.
